I have no idea how it shoots, but I did handle one. Seems/looks nice. I was told it is fast. I'd say go with it. Not everyone has a chance like you've been offered. As far as selling off markers. That where I draw the line. Box them up and store them away some place. Rides seem to always stop somewhere. Nice to have something when you get off.

I like the grip frame a lot.

Skoad, do you know how much you can offer the grip frame w/ internals for? what about just the grip frame itself.
My AIM Intimidator is better than your Automag. Get over it.

          good job on the sponsorship.
And if the NME is like a timmy then you should not have a problem with them. Unless you like to shoot really fast.

            But what's the sponsorship deal?

If you have to sell your current gear and the resale value of the "sponsored" gear is worrying you, what's the deal?

Sounds like the company is getting advertising out of you and you're getting little from them.

I can tell you all that the NME is a great gun. I have shot one, and also completely disassembled and reassembled one. It is easier to work on than any Intimidator I have seen, and that says something considering Intimidators are a breeze to work on.

After testing one out, we are strongly considering a sponsorship from System-X as well. After a short time of dealing with System-X, it is clear that they want to work with their sponsored teams, as they have been in constant contact with us from the day we expressed interest.

Also, I find it interesting that people would be supporting "rumours" and whatnot about System-X on automags.org. Especially when people are commenting about a company they may or may not have had any dealings with (not singling anyone out). Seems ironic coming from people who love mags, one of the most undeservingly bashed markers out there...

I agree Duke, People give me crap about shooting and selling AIM products, yet very few people have actually used them. In fact, to my knowledge I'm the only one using an AIM timmy on AO at the moment. The same goes for the Omen, which AOers seem to dislike.

I was never a fan of the SX cockers, as my friends had too many problems with them, but the NMEs have gotten nothing but rave reviews. I'd love to see what they come out with next.

                  Duke, I hear ya.

Our main problem is basically committing to using a fairly unproven marker. I have never seen one of these, besides 2 not-so-good videos. I'm sure it'll be a great gun, but a few are still iffy.

Slarty - yes I know what your saying. I have a few issues with the 'sponsership' myself. Overall I'd say its decent (especially if we can land the paint ) Majority of the team thinks its the greatest thing in the world. Whatever it is, at least its moving ahead or at least doing something besides just 'playing paintball'. Besides if we do well maybe this could lead to bigger/better things

If someone can break SysX out of their poor rep, it'd be cool to be a part of it. Just hope they can get the stuff to us soon so we can start!
