Hey, I got it working. My tank may or may not still turn out to be a problem, but the gun shoots paintballs now. I'm kinda suprised tech support didn't figure this one out. all I did was add a shim to the ULT, increase the sixe of the carrier, and oil various parts (I'm not sure which one of these fixed it). Oh well, it works
