neither honestly.
First off the NME hasn't been proven what-so-ever. I don't even think Avalanche likes them. The only reason why they are using them is because the Vice President of SystemX is ON the team.
Emag is sort of outdated. There are a lot *higher performing* markers out there for the same price range.

this is a really tough one? but i would probably give the nme a shot. its has eyes, was chip, biggest trigger guard on the market. decent trigger and operates just like a timmy. then again i still think the dms are better!VV04962 yeah thats my Pewter CnC X-mag

My family owns 5 Shockers and a Nerve. The only issue I have run into is the microswitch to turn the marker on and off. A few of the pieces you just need to be a little gentle with. I have dealt with SP's customer service a few times and they have been great. Have you owned any SP markers?Originally posted by MadPSIencethen we introduce smart parts reliability and customer service.Comment

ExactlyOriginally posted by JoshKIt's impossible to find unbiased opinions. Which is exactly what people are going to post. Hence why opinions arn't facts.
If we were going to state facts anout the two...the fact is they both shoot paintballs...weight is factual, true ROF is factual...but what really makes the difference in most high priced markers has nothing to do with facts at all, but opinion, and more often perceived image/hype.
I have to admit, the Emag is "outdated" by many of todays standards. It is heavy even when ULE'ed.It requires an odd and expensive battery. But its rugged reliability is legendary, and is STILL quick enough to compete with anything. (...and Hybrid mode is so fun).
I am pretty sure that the NME is capable of doing a fine job of slinging paintballs. Probably weighs less, and will probably impress all your buds for a few seconds hanging out before a game.
What it really comes down to first and foremost is which marker do you like best? We aren't shooting it for you. But I will be the first to volunteer!

I own a shocker, they do cut alot of cornors, faded annos, weak threads, things like that. But they are reliable and easy to fix.Comment
