There really isnt much you can do. Tell him that a 4 month vacation sounds very unlikely and if he had these problems he probably should have contacted you earlier. Afterall, he left feedback in march so apparently he was happy with it at one point in time. It sounds like a scam to me. Tell him that if those parts really are missing, then he should have a little talk with mr. military man.

Did you ship it to Germany? Did you use the US Mail to ship it? I would NEVER used the US Mail to ship anything to Europe again. The 3rd party carrier they use now for European delivery are a bunch of thieves. I had one package that was in limbo for months, then opened, then they tried to shake down my cousin in Lisbon for $200 in "special handling fees" and then when he refused they sent it back to me and tried to shake me down. If I didn't pay up they would have kept the package. There is now a class action lawsuit being planned against them.
Anyways, the first thing to do is to get all the facts. There is a good chance the package was *just* delivered for one, and that "customs" officials opened the package too.

did you insure it?
if so, tell him to contact the people that sent it.
and yes, 4 months is a while, if he did leave you feedback, it is now his, not yours, if he didnt state it in the feedback then he could be lying, and he cant proove it."Ah yes, I have one of the 32*rebels that I always take to big scenario games. It keeps the truck from rolling if I have to park on a hill." - automikey

well i would tell him that if he hadnt waited so long then you could help him out but since he waited forever then it seems kinda of odd since you dont know the guy you dont know if hes lieing or not it could be the truth or it might not be.I think i would let him know that im sorry for whats happened but that you did ship it with everything.Maybe you could offer to send him a lvl10 (his expense) if its any cheaper for him to get it from the U.S..possibility.
Also do you happen to know how much the package weighed when you shipped it?The stuff left out might not be that heavy but hey you never know maybe he could package it all up and weigh(t?) it.I dont just thinking to myself...
Not much you can do i mean as long as you know that you did indeed ship it.
I dotn think it's your obbligation to do anything about it.Maybe if you would have been informed sooner.
good luck with that.
Hmm i didnt take the feedback thing into consideration...yea he left feedback so apperntly he got it and was satisfied..was it good feedback whats did he say?

Honestly because its 4 months ago I no longer have the reciepts. I threw them out after he emailed me and said his friend received the package.
I did not ship the marker directly to germany because of german law. I shipped the packaged to his friend in the military, and then that friend shipped it to him.
I don't like it when people are unhappy with me for a deal, but honestly it has been so long I have no idea what to do. He is claiming that the bolt in the marker is not a level 10, but rather a standard bolt, and I know for a fact that it was a level 10 because that was the only bolt I had for the marker.
he says he is going to take pictures and email them to me....I guess i'll just wait and see what he sends me.

It was insured, but the package was delivered to his friend in the military, so after that its out of my control.
You know how I package stuff, I sent you the ASA that I made for you.

sounds like his friend in the military ripped him off, or he's trying to rip you off...you know you play this game too much when the neighbors stop fixing their broken windows...

ask you friend some question and go from there.
Honestly its been four months and if he left you feedback he was obviously pleased at one time.

i emailed him back, he is going to talk to his friend, he is hoping his friend forgot to send him some stuff...
If the friend says he "sent everything" I am going to ask the guy what he wants me to do because I know for a fact I sent everything...I'm excessive compulsive when it comes to selling stuff to people and I triple check all my boxs prior to sending anything.

serouisly there is really nothing him or you can do about it. Four months is an extremly long time for someone to make a claim serouisly theres nothing he can do to you he left u a positive feedback obivoisly it went ok and he probbly screwed with the gun and messed it up and now he wants to get parts from you.
