Sending stuff via USPS can take over 4 weeks if you choose the slowest way by boat. His friend could have sat on it for a while too but out of curiousity where was his friend that you shipped it too? Once his friend got the package it should have been checked out by him, if he did get everything and it sat around it could have been taken by someone else when the gun was at that third parties place. I'd explain to him that you did send everything and give him a link to this thread to show your serious about not knowing what to do.
What would you do in my situation???

His friend in the military FPO (I think thats what its called) was located in new york. It did take a little bit of time to get to the FPO because of it being the military (the post lady told me it could take several weeks and we cannot track military packages). But the person in germany did email me and said his friend recieved the package.
I honestly think something happened between his friend and him.Comment

Maybe he doesnt know what the lvl10 is....its a possibility.Or maybe he played with the gun or somethign and didnt chop so he figured the level 10 was in it and workign and recently he played and it chopped or soemthing.
Well for someone to steal it they would have to know what they were looking at/for and not like the lvl10 is external.(im assuming it was in the gun?)
Ask him if his friend plays or knows anything about paintball.
But i know how you fell you wanna help him out casue you feel like he was wronged but in situations like these it best to just leave things alone and tell them theres nothing you can do becasue you know you fullfilled your end of the deal.Comment

Forget him.
First, I doubt that somebody working for the German postal system would replace a Level X bolt with something else. Steal the whole marker? Maybe. Replace parts? Extremely unlikely.
Second, your customer chose his friends. He must now live with the consequences.
Third, perhaps if Germans did not have such idiotic laws, these kind of arrangements would not need to be made. It's not fault that your customer lives lives in a socialist country with a major sense of guilt. So sad, too bad.Comment
