AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
The E-Mag and the X-Mag are electronic markers made by AGD, along with numerous after market electronic upgrades.Well not so numerous theres like 3 and then theres a phuematic upgrade as well which allows you to have to capability of shooting as fast as an electro but w/out the option of ramping.~~or something like that.
Hmm all that effort for nothing that bastard above beat me....
For some reason people who hear "Automag" think it's full auto ... it's only semi auto though with a small number of exceptions (electros). I guess Semiautomag didn't have quite the same ring to it.
An automag bears little to no resemblance to either an Intimidator or a Spyder. An automag is a blow-forward marker with a spring return, and does not use a cocking device. As for features, unless you buy an electronic mag (E-Mag, X-Mag, etc), you will only get two features: Legal and illegal!
An Intimidator is a pneumatic marker whose body resembles a Spyder. That's about all of the similarities. It's an electro-pneumatically driven marker, meaning that the trigger send an electronic switch to a solenoid, which then regulates the air flow in the marker, thus firing the marker.
A Spyder is a spring-return, sear-operated marker. That means that the trigger physically trips a sear which allows the hammer to blow forward and release air through the bolt, firing the marker. In electro spyders, the trigger touches a microswitch which then has a mechanical solenoid trip the sear.
