I have tried to keep these little facts stated in my questioning. When I speak of the price of paint I mean only of the cost from the manufacturer. I would like to see fields earning more money by having paint costs cut, then possibly(in time), have a small decrease for the player. Its the idea is that if players got cheaper paint they would play more. You might even get a few new players and over all, sell more paint.

I'll run out of a bunker on a guy with 15 balls per second LONG before I'll run out of a bunker on a guy that shoots 2 or 3 well placed shots in a row. I know if I can zig and zag that hopper is gonna be empty in a few seconds) for that many shots in a row. There really isn't.

Again, I dont shoot 15 bps...but who cares?
What I was saying is that you cant run past a barrel shooting 15bps.

Considering the costs involved with manufacturing paint, and the equipment used I do not think you are going to see much of a price decrease in the near future. It would be nice if I could buy a case of high quality paint for $5 - nice, but not likely.
