Anyone wear a cup?

Does anyone?...Because I never do (it uncomfortable) but man a nut shot has got to be painful (I have yet to get one *knock on wood*) I was just wondering because I would think more serious players might instead of risking 15bps to the crouch.

Every time I play. I've been hit there more than a few times, so it's paid for itself.

Look into a soft cup; they're not uncomfortable, and they don't restrict movement like the hard variety.

I always wear a cup and I've never had a problem with it being uncomfortable, even when crawling. It's defiantely paid for itself.

alot of people do the old towel trick.

get a decent sized hand towel, and fold it in a way that it about 4-5 inches wide (depending on your..... size) and let it hang down a good 10-11 inches (depending on your... hang).
the whole thing should be a good 1inch or so thick, then just tuck it in your pant and you have full movement, and a towel handy.

I have been hit in the nuts probably about a dozen times, but even with the worst one I was back on my feet in a few minutes. My pants have alot of padding around that area and I use the towel trick mcdkid talked about.

It isn't very smart to play without one. I will only play if I have a mask AND a cup. A bruised testicle, is a testicle out of business. My manhood and the future of the human race demands the survival of my gonads.

i always play with a soft cup. they are very comfortable and provide excellent protection. the thought of taking a hit there is too painful to contemplate.

Once in awhile I'll forget. I play mostly woodsball/scenario play...so there's probably a little less exposure as you not in such close quarters...but with only a couple exceptions, I usually always wear one just in case.

i do, even thought myne are tiny, being shot sux (ive been shot, worst pain u can imagine and its embarassing if u get shot with white fill)

After seeing a few guys take a shot to the boys, I always wear a cup.

I use the JT sliders, they're pretty good and have a built soft cup. I don't even notice it when I'm on the field, I recommend those!

Shot a friend in the nut once with my SL-68 II as he dove behind a tree. He swears that it is the worst pain he has ever felt. Yes, I wear a cup.

i like to use a towel like mcdkid said it works great and also prevents a nut getting shot off figurealtivy speaking.
