    I have two phantom questions.

1st: with a 15 round stock class feed tube, and a 68 ci tank mounted on a unimount, does your mask hit the tube?

2nd: does a 10 round tube hold only 10? or can it hold something like 12?

    thanks.

1: It doesn't using a 12 inch stock. It might with a 68 cu in tank.
2: I'd guess 12-13. Plus if you need more just leave the 10 round tube hanging out the back.

      Not sure about the first.
Umm--- Did the name 'ten round tube' confuse you any? Silly semi players.

Edit: Just realized what you meant... With a ten round it will hold 12 balls, allthough sometimes it will only hold 11 due to paint size and your tube gate. You might be able to fit 12 but they might be to tight to let the first one drop into the breach.

Um, why not get a 22ci or a 13ci rather than that huge balloon of a 68?

yeah, donno that ever in a day would you fire fast enough with a phantom to even come close to using a 68/3000. 10 round tubes can be pushed to some extent, but this depends on where you are talking about. Carrying them on your person, 10 to 11 rounds. In the feedtube it all depends on how far you want the tube to go back, but i'd venture to say anywhere from 12 to 18

i already play pump, just not stock class.
i'm going to be using my 68 ci tank because its cheaper to get it filled once, which should last all day on a pump, than it is to get a co2 filled at 2 out of 3 places i play, and yet still cheaper than all day air. plus its comfortable. and both my co2 tanks are out of hydro.

and, mobsterboy, did you say that a ten round feed could hold 18?!? maybe with the tube hanging out the back.

First off I've been playing exclusivly pump for the past 3 years (until just recently when I got my Mag) and all 3 with a Phantom.

                  1. I've played with a 15rnd feed and it won't hit your mask unless you're trying to use it as a scope.

                  2. You might squeeze 11, plus 1 in the chamber makes 12. If you stick the tube in the back you'll hold more.

I played for about a year with a 15rnd feed and a 45/4500 on a mid-sized drop forward to balance it out and I had a blast. I was filling up my tank once a month practically. I've switched to purely stock class though, which is a blast.

I love playing pure stock w/ the 12g co2 cartrages, it make my phantom so small since i have a vert valve, 8"barrel and 10rd feedtube

Are you looking to refill only once a year or something? Are you taking about a 10 round tubes that hold your extra ammo? Or the stick feed?

no, i switch between my semi and my pump. so when i get a phantom, i will do the same thing.

talking about the stick feed. there is no way in hell to cram 11 balls in those 10 round tubes you reload with.

Here's a little Phantom inside buying tip....always get the 15rnd feed and cut it to the desired length, 12-13rnds in most cases.
