Doesn't sound like luck gave you a fister... it sounds like the asstard in the jeep fell asleep at the wheel, for which there is no excuse besides stupidity. Luck gave you a LOT that day if everyone made it out of THAT thing unharmed.

I posted the same thing on nation that I will post here. It is very easy for you guys to laugh about this now, but I do not see how. For such a serious accident, with other people involved, I do not think I could even post somethign like this on the internet let alone take lightly. Everyoneis lucky to be alive and well, that is about he only good news.

From one Jeep owner to another...sorry for the loss...

But on the bright side...just glad everyone was alright...

Looks like another 5 feet and you guys would have been ***ked would have gone into oncoming traffic...

I'd be thankful, someone was looking out for you...and you were in a Jeep...

Ahh, I laugh at my own mishaps more - being run over by a haywagon moving at like.. under 2MPH gives one time to realize its happening and brain to consider it... kind of odd the thoughts that run through your head as it happens

Lol, it's true. You have to laugh at your mistakes. Like the time I steered a crew boat into the path of a firehose on the local canal soaking myself and all 8 of the oarsmen in my boat in 40* weather. Hey, the damn fire dept. wouldn't turn the hose off aqnd it was shooting across the entire channel!

But while you're laughing at it, also reflect a little. Yeah it was a close call and you're all right, but think about how you can avoid it in the future!
