Woodsballers take 1st in Tourney - and me with my Mag

what would suck more to todays speedballers than getting shot by a mag toteing, camo clad woodsballer; on their familiar turf.

yeah I have to know what they said after the tourni. they were all laughing and snickering before the match, what was said after wards?

Well, there were a couple of instances of "parents" complaining that we were too old to be participating in the tourney....that was kinda funny. Yep, because us old, decrepit, 30-somethings can move soooo much faster than those 14 - 18yr olds out there....

The one specific instance I was told about from the spectators was this:

We were on field 2 - airball against a pretty good team. Jincay made a move right up the middle, almost to the 50 off the break. There was another team viewing from the sidelines who erupted with laughter at the site of Jincay's tall, lanky frame making that run (including some pantomine effects). Now, Jincay did get hit soon after, but the spectators stopped laughing after we hung the flag about 45 secs later.

None of our games lasted longer than 3mins, 30secs, we had no ties, and the only game where we didn't get the flag pull was the one game we lost. Nobody said anything to us directly (except to congratulate us when we won), but I think there was definitely a more subdued atmosphere in the parking lot after the games.
