Thats used for water though. Im using air, so I can easily and quickly clean my gun. Just slip the bolt out, and spray the eyes off.

I bought the air adapter tool off of ebay. Not sure if it can handle the pressure of my nitrogen tank, though... Will try.

how would I go about regulating it? The only thing I can think of is barely opening the air on the valve on the remote.

Standard PC duster is the way to go. $5~$10 a can, and for just blowing out the eyes on your marker, will last a while.

These types of blow guns are only rated for 145 psi. it will be necessary to regulate the pressure down. I doubt you will find one rated higher. ($6)

To regulate it down you will need one of these (or similar) ($70-$100)

If I use a regulator on the tank, that would allow me to change the output presure, right?

                      problem solved...

                      look at the second item
just screw it on your tank, and it will handle any pressure that a co2 tank would generate...
i'd say 1000psi would be no problem, but if your reg is adjustable, bring it down under 800

I use a remote adapter like

you can adjust the pressure by not turning the nob in all the way.

Be REALLY careful. That can be very dangerous since you're not using a regulator. That hose could turn into a whip.

Why not just go with canned air? It's safer, probably cheaper, and it's meant for that stuff so it'll probably work better, too.
