If you are or know of someone in your organization/club that would like to know more about Camp Arrowhead, please forward this email to them! We are beginning a brand new paintball program this summer and we need guys with paintball refereeing experience and program development. This is an exciting time to be in on a new program and offer your expertise!



I am looking to hire 30-35 quality A+ men/women for the summer. These men/women would need to be skilled in various areas such as whitewater paddling, climbing, martial arts, horseback riding, fly fishing, archery, photography, painting, pottery, mtn biking, paintball, riflery, backpacking, metal work, woodworking, ceramics, soccer, football, basketball, etc, etc. There are so many other programs that we offer and each one has a position opening this summer.



I will be in the Hendrix Student Center on Feb 1 (Wed) from 10-2PM to speak with anyone interested in the summer!

Hmm, may be interested, 18, been working at the local YMCA with kids for a good while now, so, used to the whole camp deal, have also run vacation bible school camps here in NC as well as in Brazil. Been ballin for close to 7 years, and reffing as long as I have been playing Are you looking for employee's specifically for the paintball program? Or ones that could work the camp in general. Are you looking for employees for the entire summer? A few weeks at a time? 1/2 summer? whatever? Also, are you allowed to discuss pay rates? (be it via PM's or in this thread)

Not that I am in the area, but I can fill about half of those position myself. I really should look into volunteering at a local camp.

Well I would be qualified, I've almost got my eagle and I'll be 17, and I can pretty much do all of the listed stuff except climbing. I've got acrophobia


Anyway phil, what's your relation to these people? I need a summer job... and hell If I could get into the paintball program I'd make my goal of both making money and getting back into paintball over the summer

So yeah If they will take 17 year olds then I'm game.

I don't have any relationship to them. The reason I got this emal is that I am still on the distibution email list from the University Paintball Club and this camp directed it to anyone there.

So they are looking for people with paintball background to start this program up. Feel free to email the guy and ask for more details. I don't have much more than what I posted above.

I would personman. I mean he sent it to our Paintball club list but I be he sent it a lot of other places as well. And he did say to pass it along to our friends. So I did! And you never know something till you ask. I bet they need all kinds of people. Plus I just got this today. And immediately posted it here... so its fresh. Your in early on.

And.... what about GOING to the camp? I mean... would that maybe be fun?

Now... I notice that the earliest birthdate on it you can chose is 1991... so.... if that means anything? I don't know... but that would be 15 no? Assuming it means something... you have to ask.

Note it appears to be a lot of mentions of God and so it may be a somewhat religeous oriented camp. I don't really know much more about it than that. But you need to be aware of that if your Jewish, Islamic or Druid or something. You would need to see if its rather open minded in that area. But they do seem to mention it a lot. So ask questions if this is an issue for you. Be sure what thier expectations are and yours.

Now seriously... this is just up the hill from you guys at UT. So might be fun. They do say they are going to be on campus's recruiting. So email him and see if he is coming to UT and if not see if he will.

uhhh yikess... i never want to set foot in a camp as a camper again in my life.. my dad got me burnt out on scout camps.. ive been to like 2 every summer of my life..
thats 2 weeks... without girls... IT SUCKS
not to mention the scout jamboree this summer which wasl ike 2 and a half weeks... thats a month without girls.. ummmmmmmmmmm i dunno about you phil, but i do like my girls!

I think I might be able to handle it with a few days off here and there and a paycheck


soo... despite the fact that i'll be going to the grand canyon early this summer, i'll shoot 'em an email and see what they say about my age
