        up

        Gotta agree.

It WAS a dumb post...but pbnation is so full of dumb posts it's like a dumb post jungle...

Sometimes I don't understand Moderators and why they do stuff. Like, I got a warning on PBReview.com today. The reason, I made a comment on an older post. In other words, I used the search function (which I thought you were supposed to do ) and found a thread about a topic I was interested in and I revived it and made a comment.

The moderator warns me saying reviving old posts is considered "spamming"...??? I don't know...it really bugs me though. I wouldn't mind getting kicked off of PBNation, I don't really like that site that much anyways...but AO and PBReview I really like...so I get a little freaked out when I get banned or warned.

Being a Mod must be interesting.

Oh...and one more thing...WHAT IS "TROLLING"? I've never figured out what that is...just see people get banned and it's listed as a reason...???

Don't know. You would have probably been chased out of your own thread anyway. I think the Mod did you a favor & saved you the embarrassment..

well if you think about it, i had a fairly good point. today is all about shooting fast, and walking certainly isn't that. in the past with only single finger cockers and pumps, i bet walking wasn't a term. i bet it came about when speedball and electros became popular; but why walking if its about speed?

i do see the noobish side too.

"Trolling" is posting just for the sake of pissing somebody off or starting an argument, just FYI.

it's not a good point, because there's no point to be made.

But just to argue the "point"..
It stems from 'walking the fingers' which is what your hands fingers look like they're doing when they make the walking motion. In sprinting and running, legs bend differently than during walking. Your fingers don't look like that during paintball, so it doesn't even make sense on a physical level.

It was in the newbie forum... I mean, what more can one ask for? I found it rather funny personally.
