Boy I'm glad I posted this

    I also just found this:

What the heck is a 'Charger" regulator? Is that some one-off someone did and decided to name it?

Nicad, mine is actually faster, surprisingly. Probably because the vigi i am using doesnt actualy go quite high enough, so it opens way way up when recharging.

The air hammering into the dump chamber will heat the valve up a bit if a empty a hopper fast.

Because it isn't the best way to do things.

For consistency, 2 regulators is best. Those two regulators are the one from your tank, and the AIR valve on the back of the Mag.

Ah, but what do I know? Why trust engineers, people in the pneumatics industry, and the very intelligent designers that make pneumatic equipment?
AND THE EARTH IS FLAT ? IS THAT WHAT YOUR TRYING TO TELL ME ?
Not to come off as a dimwhitt but i have a dual regulator on my tank, my tank is mounted to my gun. on every gun i own i open the regs up wide and ajust the velocity with the tank air pressure i get a 1 fps dif up and down i blame it on dimples...
don't blame it on the desighners who wanted to make a gun that could work with many tanks not just one of there own desighn for the elite few that could afford it..
        the tec is old
a new desighn could create a even better product than before
        with 1/2 the recharge time
why is it that there are flamers out there who think that it is ok to shoot everyone else down for having a new idea ................... it has been happening for hundreds of years

I do not think you could ever replace the AIR reg with an inline reg and see a recharge rate increase. ///////The AIR is the closets configuration to the recharge path, it will react the fastest. remember, any non-RT valve will be passing the regulated air through the on/off pin before it gets to the dump chamber- that is where the bottleneck is.

          out!
GOOD IMPUT why not make a volumizer out of aluminium
or even move the chamber to the tank --- i did it and it looks just like the flatline
