    What's a Warp!?

I went to the field last weekend and had a marker I was testing with a Warp on it. One of the guys that was standing near me was very impressed and said,
    "Whoa! What's that!?".
I said it was a warpfeed.
He then asked, "Who makes that!?"
    I said "Airgun Designs".

My point...either this guy is a newb...which I know he's not...he's been playing for quite awhile.
    OR
The warpfeed is so old and passe that even experienced guys have forgotten it.
    OR
AGD REALLY needs to think about teaming up with Pro Team and putting a little more effort into marketing (sound the siren!). I know this topic has been overdone...but here is a product that I think might sell...if people knew it existed!

If I ever complete my Minimag...I'll be using the warp with it...and advertising proudly. Hell. I coulda sold one or two at the field I played at...that's how interested the guys were in it.

I have never, ever seen a mag at my field that someone actually played with, but I guarantee they all know what a Warpfeed is.

Actually, I don't really think so. Especially in this market of making everything smaller and lighter not many will be willing to add more weight to their guns.

Because probably everything AGD makes and sells is a niche market, and there is no better advertising than by word of mouth.

Warps don't make sense for speedball play. They add weight, they shift the balance of the gun, they add more electronics and thing that can fail, they're not as fast as modern FF hoppers, they make it difficult to switch hands, etc. etc.

Not to say they're bad or anything, they just don't make sense anymore.
My AIM Intimidator is better than your Automag. Get over it.

ever heard of tilting your hopper into the bunker?

warps offset the balance of your marker and make it much harder to shoot out of the other side of the bunker. plus, how often do you actually shoot over the top of your bunker?
