no more 10 foot of macroline, i do not care where you put it. I would rather run it through my halo that to have it danlging over my hand, bent under teh frame, through the grip, around the barrel, through my tank, over my reg, and through the woods to grandmothers house we go.
If you could change the way mags operate...

One thing I'd like to change/or fix is that first shot that happens when you gas up your marker.
Not a big deal, but is a nuisance. I've lost count the many times I've gassed up my marker with a ball in the breech and WHAP!....barrel and condom need cleaning.Comment

Please God, not that discussion again....Originally posted by bentothejam1nmake them more efficient
Efficiency = More shots per tank.
or
Efficiency = Lower residual pressure in tank when "empty".
Not the same.
"Hardline" is solid SS tubing. But honestly, what's wrong with SS braided hose? Just cover it with shrink wrap for colour and to protect the marker's finish.Originally posted by CorbetWhat kind of tubing would you use for the hardline? Regular ole' macroline? Something smaller?Comment

you can also get alum hardline if you know where to look

i like this the best, gives the cleanest look in my opinion, and i diddnt want to permanent mod anything

With every gripe I have with mags I'm trying to work on a solution.
Searless operation, What I have come up with is a Mag valve in theory would operate with less gass, recharge quicker, be fast, use everylast bit of air, and still be able to operate fully mechanical - check my post in the Workshop as soon as I gain a little more skill and get a rotary table I will be making a prototype on my mill.
Rail and gripframe combined.
Things I don't wanna see:
As far as running hose hidden into the valve thats possible but I like the valve and air line showing, gives it a more raw look not found on alot of todays markers.
Body Kits, if you wanna play dressup go buy a barbie.Gun: AGD eMag with LvL10

if your not paranoid you can hand tighten them to where theyr are no leaks, but for safety and reliability in play i would suggest a tad more
all it takes is a turn with an 1/8 crescent wrench so its pretty quick, and theyr is enough room to remove the valve still because the alum isnt tight and is pretty forgiving to a slight flex to clear the valve out of the reg nubbin guide thingy

if we're taking about blue skies wishful thinking stuff then i would like:
1) more shots off a tank fill (of course
)
2) absolutely no external hoses at all. i figure air could be routed straight up from the ASA through the grip frame and into the valve via a banjo bolt (i know the banjo bolt thing exists)
3) a way to switch the reactive trigger off (for those paranoid about being tournament legal). this one would probably be very hard to do. mebe you could put a transfer bar system in the trigger rod. so like, after a shot, the bar disengages the trigger rod from the trigger and the sear/trigger rod is free to reset without resetting the trigger. when the trigger is released then the transfer bar re-engages the trigger rod to the trigger.
with a flip of a switch you could lock the transfer bar in place and you get the reactive trigger back.

Do they use a compression fitting or are there O-rings involved. I ask because I have an old Venom hardline and I need some O=rings for it...Originally posted by Chronobreakyou can also get alum hardline if you know where to look

i would get rid of rear velocity adjuster make the mag smaller and lighter and as fast as the fastest ego but can change mods by voice comand and have a tourny lock for that and ule everything even the screws jk but that would be cool haha
but i like mags no matter how broken they are or aren't
im rollin 3 and a pump magComment

Those would be compression fittings in the pic. The Venom hardline uses regular o-rings, you should be able to replace them fairly easily.Originally posted by Raven001Do they use a compression fitting or are there O-rings involved.
