Can somebody walk me through why it is so impossible to make devilmags?

As far as I can tell the only problem for GA Devil is getting solenoids? For some reason I feel liek I'm missing something here. Doesn't this only consist of milling the frame if needed, dropping a pred board in there, running eyes and milling the body out for the eyes? Is it ridiculously hard to make the solenoid work with the mag sear? I really want to try to make my mag into a devil mag and I just want to know what is holding me back?

theres nothing stopping you, i think the D-mags are bieng ade so slowly because of the mass amount that has to be made. theres probably personal reasons that production has been so slowed, but none of us but GA devil know why their really so slow

Im thinking of going down that same road. Just need to start saving some cash. From what I hear and see it doesnt seem that hard to make it. I like the way Big Evil did his. Think I may copy him.

No one seemed to ever mention, that the boards he uses were AWOL for a long time. Cant make an E-gun of anykind without a controler board.

              "Predator board"

If you have any talent with electronics just get a Hyperframe and put a Predator board in it. You'll have the equivilent of a Devil Mag without the stress. If you have to have eyes (but why) you could send the body off to get milled. Lvl 10 and a Halo or Reloader and you will never need eyes.

OR...I had an Ion Blackheart board laying around for a while. Would it be possible to make a I-mag type deal w/ this? I saw/heard someone was working on a conversion like this, but never found how they turned out, or if they did. That could end up pretty cool...

If one were to make a electro mag exactly what parts are needed? As long as I had a list of required parts I'd probably be able to figure the rest out.

The Booyah, Spyder, Hyperframe and Devilmag use these common components:

                      Trigger frame
                      Trigger switch
                      On/Off switch
                      Controller board
                      Capacitor
                      Solenoid
                      9v Battery

It appears that GADevil is using Predator Morlocks, which is a KM2 board, with TAG's predator software on it.

THey are small, and VERY VERY tough. They can handle up to 35 volts going in, which means you can even use them in Emags - something you cant do with any other board.

Problem right now is that they are ridiculously hard to get. Ive been waiting for 3 months now after being told I would have one in 3 days. I know Coolhand odered 25, and only received 8 of them. So in other words, KM2 is out of them, and not telling anyone that.

For a 6 or 9v gun, you can use just about anything that will physically fit inside. I used a Predator NME board for my E-frame, after laying it out for the Morlock. They both do the same thing, except the NME board is bigger, and has an on-board psuh button on/off that Ihad to deal with.

I swear, If I could reliably get the damn boards, I would make a few e-frames myself and sell them. Its not that hard.

Ive been kinda wondering what is special about the devilmags. To me it just seems to be an electronic mag with eyes. Am i missing sometihng?

Oh, but that isnt completely true (as I just found out recently), the Dragun Tboards from scenario dreams can handle up to 40 volts and the solenoid gets what ever voltage the battery supplies. This weekend I got one of his Dragun Tboards to work in my emag, I am not sure where I am going to mount the board yet, but I have gotten it shooting.

What kind of dragun tboard? I see on the scenario dreams website that there are two differant types.
