Here is my "I TOLD YOU SO" Corey.
I knew that deal was bad from the start.
I have dealt with this problem before. I need you to call me tonight and I will get your gun back. Forward me all of your saved emails. What state is this guy from? When did he SAY he shipped it, cuz u just cant ACCUSE him without proof. He may be a slow trader, but I can see slow being if he didnt say he sent it. Did u assume he sent it already or did he say it was sent? Was this a third Party deal? Why send it to a shop if it wasnt a third party. Well, Email me the stuff, and print out what you can, I will see you sunday at the tourney.
-Oh, and Corey, being a kid and 15 has nothing to do with it. I gave you warning when you first told me about the deal, and I didnt even think it was worth the trade. Being 15 has nothing to do with it. ::agrevated::

Man, you have got to work on your spelling... Good luck to you though, unfortunatley most people only learn about online-dealing is the hard way.

There is no excuse for slow trading. If you arent going to be responsible enough with someone else's money (or property) then you deserve to be accused of scamming.

I hope it works out for you. Call the police too. If they are willing to interrupt their day long enough to drop by the guys house maybe you can get some answers. If he already sent it then everything will be cleared up in no time.

I think we have a member in the Athens Ga. area but I cannot recall who it was. And its not too far from me actauly. About an hour drive.

Yes you should be able to get the phone number with the addy and the insurance should be proof of it being delivered or not. You got plenty of evidence to support the claim it sounds to me. I suggest you start it with the PO filing the fraud claim and get the phone number and call and warn them. They can either send it back insured and tracked or give you your end. Do not let this go any longer.

It once took me about 2 and a half months to get a simple Money Order from some one. Apparently the thing went to the post office in my state, they sent it back saying the adress didn't exist. For some reason that took a long time... anyways after that it was shipped back out in i think 3 days, then it started on its way back to me... more complications...

What i'm trying to say is that the post office sucks. They have tons of crap going through their system and they need to make sure there isn't any leaking white powder or giant missle on its way to Iraq or something.

I would wait a bit longer. The thing you should do first though is find the guys number. People *usually* don't live on the internet, but they will pick up the phone. If the gun still doesn't come to you then maybe you have a problem.

Ya a boomstick is alluminum and quite thin. Get something solid, or at least a cast iron pipe- something with some weight to it. you know what you could do though? Put the boomstick on a shocker or a vm 68, that'll knock him out quick.

              Well,

seeing how it involved 2 guns well worth over $1K each, I definitely would have gone 3rd Party. Sure it will cost a little but will eliminate large problems like these.

In my last post, I told you not to bash his brains in, because it may actually be on the way. When my friend got scammed (he thought) he SPAMMED the sellers email until he finally got an angry reply. Angry as it may have been, it was still a message saying it was sent.

Just because I said "dont be quick to judge" doent mean you shouldnt take this matter seriously. I think everything can be worked out if you can contact him via email. No need for any baseball bat visits.

This is the forum for trouble shooting your Airgun Designs products, including the Automag, RT, E-Mag, and WarpFeed. Also a great place to ask technical questions about non AGD products. An Airsmith's homeroom!

6 months of saving and all your Xmas money, then you trade the gun in just 2 weeks? Did you ever get the gun to work properly?

No one deserves to get ripped off. I hope PsychoMag can get this mess straightened out for you. Good Luck.

If it was sent USPS Parcel Post, it could take a while.

I'm currently in a trade with an AO member "Tricked99" and I haven't gotten my Package for 17 days (14 Business days)

I've been in good contact with him via AIM, and he's given me a confirmation code to confirm that it was actually shipped out.

I recently called my local post office to find out what was going on, and the guy there said that it's not uncommon for packages to take A MONTH to get to their destination.

Wait a bit and try to contact him.

I've been ripped off VIA Ebay once before, and I feel like the biggest sign that someone is trying to rip you off is when they try to rush the deal, and most importantly:

                  LACK OF CONTACT

If that's your case, I'd wait a big longer, and then try to contact the appropriate authorities.
