my first anno

i've been meaning to do this for a while and today i got a chance.

About .5 mil blue "ice" fade on some scrap aluminum i had laying around. More to come next time i have some free time (2-3 weeks probably)

I have been throwing around the idea of trying to anno parts myself. That looks great. Was it hard? Do you have any pics of your setup? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appriciated.

well i have a nice power supply (30 amp 60 volt) that i managed to get for cheap. Everything else, just look around online. It should hold up to dings fairly well. caswellplating.com (i think thats the url) sells dyes and sealent. you gotta be careful with the chemicals though.

Ive got an old brass eagle body and an maybe an old spyder body you can have(for shure the BE one). Its aluminum anyway.....

is there a charge to send you an old spyder body? i have an old spyder Special Edition ano'd black with green splash. you'd have to strip it if you needed it bare tho.

I don't wanna start promising anything before i get the prossess down. Right now i only have gold blue and olive drab to work with. And it'll be a couple weeks before i can do another run.

So maybe ill exahust my own supply first before i stant making promises .

let me put it this way. You can have this body no matter what. I would however, like to get my imp annoed blue sometime in the future. If you can get the solid-color process down right, illd want you to do it at least cheaply....
