      Imo,
      Xmag is more expensive
      Xmag looks cooler
      Xmag has removable breeches
Xmag has Anti-Chop-Eye or whatever ace stands for
Xmod is a software upgrade that can be put on either xmag or emag.

If you have an Xmag, you'll have the entire forums jealous... with the exception of a select few...

However... the price difference is somewhere around $400, so ask yourself if it's worth it. Both will perform about the same on the field.
you know you play this game too much when the neighbors stop fixing their broken windows...

Sorry to burst any bubbles, but i believe the xmag and emag are not allowed on millenium events due to a run-away isue with the e/xmags when the shot buffer is not correctly set. Also the responce trigger is a topic to be debated when used in a official tournament.
Don't get me wrong, im not totally sure if they are allowed or not, but you really should investigate this before buying a marker that isn't allowed in official tournament play.

If you just play some rec woods and speedball, it should be ok tho.

I am one of the few that has a xmag, and it is my favorite marker! I mostly play woods, and having a xmag does this job excellent! Mechanical for normal play, electronic or hybrid when you need heavy firepower on the woods field. But for speedball, i would prefer my e-cocker because it is lighter and has better gas effeciency. Those are the only backdraws when playing with a xmag. My STD xmag (euro milling) is compared to alot of markers quite heavy, and with 3000 psi in the tank i should be glad if i can shoot a hopper and 5 pods. (a DM4 will do 1400 shots on a 4500psi fill, if properly tuned)

Nevertheless, you either love or hate a emag/xmag... I love them for their simplicity, relyability and the fact that you turn some heads when playing with one.

I love the Mag. Of all guns I have had there is only one gun that I have really loved, and that is the Mag. No matter if it's a .68 Automag or Micromag or anything, I love them.

But with the Xmod then? Because the Xmod got firemodes like NXL, Mill and so on?

So it's heavy? I've always thought that Mags are lighter then the most other guns. I've played with the thought of getting an E-mag and then put on an ULE-body. Would it still be heavy?

So, you own a X-mag and you live in the Neatherlands? Can I come visit you?
I'm a Swede, please excuse my language.

The E-mag, X-Mag has never been NOT allowed in the Millenium events, ANY marker incorrectly setup will be thrown out, there have been issues found with the E-mag/X-mag platform but only where the user has things too finely set. Set it up correctly and you are more than welcome to play the Millenium...also don't attempt the online chrono procedures that people who dislike having their marker rejected always attempt to fall back on, sorry guys if I can do it at the Chrono table, YOU can do it on the field, so it isn't going on the field end of story. Properly setup I cannot get an E-mag/X-mag to do anything that would dissallow it on the field, push the boundaries and I can and will get it to do all kinds of funky things...and no I don't get sick of hearing 'hey it never has done that before'...yeah whatever
