hmmm so the question is who will manufacture marbs, premium, and evil now, pmi continue? or will procaps (or did procaps break off from nps, cant rmeember, either way who ever makes the nps stuff) take over?

the only thing i really like that pmi still makes is paint and if that goes to crap then i will me totaly saddened

there paint is awsome..

IIRC, PMI bought RP Scherer and has been making there own paint for awhile. Thats one of the things NPS needed. Good Paint!

look at computers, once they took off there were fewer and fewer companies for a while, then the .com boom and it took back off

Fewer, but bigger companies. The large companies can create more inexpensive merchandise. Plus, the larger companies can crush smaller companies in the event of a price war. Eventually, you only have a couple of companies left and less product options. Look at Microsoft. Is there really any other option for operating systems in a PC. No. They just overpowered all potential operating systems in the market place until they were the only ones left. Yes, you could argue that the Mac is a viable system, but it runs on a completely different set of hardware. Its like comparing paintball and airsoft.

well the pc mac thing isnt a great comparison cause there is a huge push going now to get mac available on other hardware and the fact that apple is pushing its software towards pcs too its kind of paying microsoft back. and actually now the processors are all made by intel so its not to differant if at all

but any way. its just going through a cycle in a few years after paintball picks back up a lot more of the small little companies will spring back up once some one develops a new marker system and refuses to get bought out
