Sure looks like a PTP body to me.
He says its not, maybe for legal reasons, giving PTP's penchant for lawyerz ?

It's not a PTP body.

There's a story behind these bodies, some semi famous (infamous?) guy made them. I forget the details but I'm sure someone else will fill it in.

We picked these up many years ago in a dusty warehouse. They are of unknown origin, though there's a good chance that they were one of Francois Louvet's products (remember that character?)

These are not PTP MicroMag bodies as you might guess, but appear to be an attempt at cloning the PTP product. Quality isn't the greatest - a given barrel may fit one body just fine and fit the next one a bit tightly. Likewise, a bit of fitting may be required to get a valve body to slide in happily. Great platform to experiment with milling and anno.

That could be one of Alan G.'s body's from Destructive Customs. He reverse engineered a bunch a few years back. I'll give him a call.

Even though the tolerances might vary a tiny bit, I'd still pick one up. Too bad they didn't find a vert feed one.

If they're copies from a PTP Body, the detent is on the other side of the body.

They might be copies but there is no detent.
Just got it today and there is no ball detent.
