Z-mag pic

this is my new Z-mag!! I bought most of this on ebay, with the exception of the barrel, drop forward and the CP on/off. this isn't exactly what it's going to look like, I have another mag in san diego with the Y-Grip and I'm going to mix and match some parts...but i bought this so I could play while I wait to get my stuff back from diego. I can't WAIT to play with this!!

ok i'm finally back in diego (for a week anyway) so I got my other mag and i've mixed and matched a few parts. here's what they look like!




















I have a foregrip coming for the z-mag. also you'll have to excuse the shrink wrap on the macro, I haven't shrunk it yet. i also plan on having luke do some things to my z-mag (like mill the wings off, fit it for some custom grip panels, probably put a new trigger in it) but that's all cosmetics that i'll take care of later when money is more bountiful. i have a blue colored bike grip, with a 15* angled ASA coming in the mail to attach the foregrip to my rail then the z-mag should be about done. right now i only have one hopper to share between the two guns (luckily i'll only be using one at a time!) it's a reloader 2. if anyone knows where i can get another reloader 2 i would greatly appreciate it if you told me =]

no seriously tho, I think I'm going to get one of those angled rails, that look like a wedge, or a piece of pie? and i'll put that cool looking lightning bolt drop forward on my Y-Grip. right now, when I rest the tank on my shoulder (with my Z-Grip) the valve is slightly behind my face, so it's a bit too forward. i think with the wedge-like rail it will be better. I can't WAIT! i won't get my other mag home till around...the 23rd or so. will update when I get both guns where I want them!

ok so this is my mag that's sitting in san diego right now. pretty stock, I know. only difference is now it has a blue CP drop and ON/OFF. as you can see, I have the blue ULE body and a blue barrel on my z-grip. so when I get the two guns together, one will be all black, and one will be all blue (with the exception of the grip, as they are both black) I just can't figure out which one I want to be all blue/black. I also don't know which one will get the Xvalve, and which will get the Emag valve. does anybody know which is heavier, a Y-grip or a Z-grip? i'll probably put the Emag valve on the lighter gun, to even them out, or maybe i'll put it on the heaver one so i'll have one heavy gun and one light gun. who knows?! all I know is I can't wait to get my Y-mag back!!

hrmm fireball mountain (www.fbmfactory.com) has them for 15 bucks. the compulsive paintball ones are definitely alot cooler looking, and come in different colors. I wish I would have known about them before I bought the one from fbm. oh well. fbmfactory says they are patent pending! lol so better hurry up and buy all the compulsive ones you want before fbm goes all SP on us and starts suing.
