try it with just a ASA. that's the way mine is set up and love it. most compact set up love the feel and all.

There is one problem with the z-grip+dropkick combination: where do you put your thumb? I set mine up with that, but there is only about 1/4" between the shoulder of the tank and the place on the back of the frame where my thumb wants to go. I'm sure there will be some differences based on ASA choice and the shape of your tank, but it might require some adjustments to your grip position (your hand, not the z).

Yea i was thinking about that. i figured i could put a spacer between the wedge and the trigger frame or something simular
