Attention!AGAIN Fraud possible on E-BAY!!!

Hello my gorgeous MAG friends!

I'm from Europe and my name is Rihards.I would like to introduce you with one sad story.

Couple month ago,when i decide to join AGD marker family,i find on e-bay great deal.This man was selling emag with warp fed and lot of barrels.(my attention was taken due there was rare BOA barrel with suppresor)I ask him - could he finnish the auction sooner ,due i wlll pay how much he want.There was not 'buy it no' function listed.
Then we agreed about price,he ws end auction sooner,and then he say - he needs to have payment throe the Western Union,due he was outside the country,and between us will work some 'mistical' thirdt part service,which will keep my payment till hes wife will send the goods out .So,i really want this emag and this BOA concealor....i payd and then send the code to this third part service as a proof that i payd,and then just wait......

So,as you understand this thirdt par service was him self,and i newer have the emag,all the goods and of course i newer can find him again.I find out,that my money was taken in next hour when i payd to Western Union.

I'm 100 percent sure,that he know a lot about paintball,and i think he is one of US...here...somewhere.

Of course,i could not say - this is him!!!!But everything look like it!!!
Even seller other items is listed practically in one time,and i i'm shure,that auction will be end sooner,and other goods will disuppear like newer was there.Also,he wants to communicate throo privat e-mail,and there is no 'buy it now'.I hope i'm wrong.....

Just try to learn from my mistake.And if you can find this person....not kill him fast!!!

This one is a bit tricky...

I seem to remember seeing a very similar auction a few months ago though I could be mistaken. I don't recall the HALO as part of the package and I remember two different barrel kits (wasn't one of them a SM?). eBay's records don't go back far enough to verify what the old auction was.

Regardless, this seller has perfect feedback, albeit most of it on the buying side.

Ebay has rules for a reason, you went behind ebay's back and set up a private deal. As a result ebay is not going to cover you for any loss. What where you thinking! Just bid like a normal person and you'll be fine.

Everytime I get an offer to buy something I'm selling outside the auction, I tell them pretty much what you wrote.

Honestly you are to blame for getting screwed. Asking him to close an auction sooner and not technically using ebay to purchase the item gets rid of your buyer protection. If you were to go through Ebay and pay with paypal (which you could have done, being out of the country doesnt matter at all). Lastly if you do use a third party go through someone reptable and not just take the sellers word for it. Your pretty much screwed and theres not much you can do about it. You made it so easy for him to scam you its not funny. You technically went outside Ebay rules, imo you dont deserve anything back. It may be a harsh lesson but dont do stupid stuff like that.

Yeah you right....i know it was risky deal!But try to understand - this BOA makes me crazy and i took this risk.I loose,and for now i would like just worry you guys about this stuff,because if i will have this expirience before,or somebody had worned me,i will newer had such kind of trouble!!!

Theres really nothign for us to worry about. We know better than to work a deal around ebay and get screwed. BOA barrels are cool but a number of them go through Ebay every once and a while. Seriously, a barrel is not even remotly worth the risk you took.

Yeah you right....i know it was risky deal!But try to understand - this BOA makes me crazy and i took this risk.I loose,and for now i would like just worry you guys about this stuff,because if i will have this expirience before,or somebody had worned me,i will newer had such kind of trouble!!!

I have a rule... never even bother with private listing auctions. No reason to keep them private other than to keep buyers from talking to each other.... and so why?

The BOA Concealer is very cool concept. I wonder how much quieter it really makes it though. I have a home made barrel like that, and to be honest, it is not "that much" quieter... One reason that the barrel is so hard to find is that technically it could be considered a firearm silencer, which is illegal without a permit.

Sorry for your hard lessons about buying on the internet! Thank you for giving us a warning so that no one else gets riped off. Moral of story: Stay within the Ebay and Paypal rules and you atleast have a way to try and get your money back.

if u want another barrel liek the check out www.endgameinc.com i love those compression barrels. they look awesome, are extremely accurate, and extremely accurate. u can unscrew the supressor too. i love them and it is a local company and the guy who does it has some awesome ideas that he just never capitalizes on. but im beginnnign to rant. the compression barrels are awesome ask any1 who owns one.
