I contacted ebay and sent a link to this thread. Hopefully they'll shut him down.

I assume he does a private listing so that the bidders cannot be contacted by other ebay members trying to warn them of a scam?

I got scammed on a laptop about 3 years ago. So I have been very cautious ever since.
