    MOTM Oldskoolers Cooler Vote.

Amazing turnout too , crazy hard to widdle that field down.

Little note to the 'new' guys. Please check the rules , one entry (2 pics max). You have to make the choice. Also , can't be for sale or testing waters etc.

    So . . .

    1) ttink :

    2) Duzzy :

    3) Gord Designs :

    4) Couger20th :

I have to admit the stuff that made the cut is a little more "special" than what i have...

There were a couple just outside the rules besides , with so many entries I had to try and keep it tight. It was an amazingly hard Contest , I wasn't even sure what we were shooting for on the this first month and I'm still not sure. There are so many ways to go so I tryed to go with markers that caught my eye for some reason and still felt oldskool. It is highly subjective I'm aware but this IS just a 'fun' contest so hopefull there are no hard feelings.

Great job by everyone regardless ! !

Awsesome to see how many of these types of Mags are still hanging around and hitting the fields.

Man, seeing these Pump-Mags makes me want to make one from some of my spare mag parts.

Duzzy got my vote just for the gold valve alone.

              Hmmm

My opinion AO member Jaan 's entry was by far the best as far as old school.
And it didnt make the cut, but I am also intrigued by Gord Designs entry and he got my vote.
And I sure would like to see the other side of that interesting looking marker.

I think Fireblade has a fetish for mini mags.
Many "shinny new" mags in this one, I was hoping for a lot of mags showing off their inner beauty. Well I guess I have an RT for this next month

My vote went to couger since his pump mag is almost setup exactly how I planed mine (just waiting on a pump kit). Atleast I have alot of the same purple parts.

                        Gord Designs is sweet!!

Where can I get those add ons?
I was considering adapting my Delta 68 feed tube.
I want to do that with a ule body.

My thought would be like looking at a classic car, you want to see something just like you would have seen it then, in perfect shape, and sporting the "look" from the era. With that in mind I like Cougars entry because it takes me back to that time.

ahhh ... ok I see the vision now ... under this i couldn't contend.

Unless i got my stuff Splash annoed and the main body plated ... and an original minimag barrel ... CF grip with those AGD rubber grips and a verticle ASA with a VL200 hopper and a 9oz sticking out of the asa with hose coiled around the power feed before it went to the valve. Yeah like that's going to happen ...

Thanks for running the contest ... i don't see how you were able to get it down to 5... and definitely no hard feelings here...i thought that it was cool that i had the chance to enter it in the contest and actually have it considered against other markers like it... before it was like entering a pinto into a stock car race ... why even try...

                            again thanks Fireblade!!!!

Wow man, thanks a lot. Obviously I think it's a great gun because I built it to suit myself but it's always nice to get props for it.

I'm polishing up my *other* old skool 'Mag right now and I'll have pictures up tonight probably.
