I offered to show it to you about a week ago and you declined. after you threatened to call my relatives and family i decided that i wouldn't do anything for you, if asked, becasue you refused to tell me the family members that you said you were calling. FIRST LET ME SAY!

I am indifferent in any of the affairs right here... I have talked with level 10 on AIM many times, and he doesnt strike me as the one to be a theif...

Let me say again, Irbodden is one of the most respected members on this board, and I am by no means accusing him of anything.

But remember, he is INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty. The fact that Irbodden did not recieve packages does not constitute proof. If they go to his house, and find Irbodden's stuff laying there, that is proof... but just because he did not save every reciept, or get every shipping option, that doesnt make him guilty.

Irbodden has a choice. He can either forget about this incident ever happened, and come to terms with his loss, or he can seek legal reparations against Level 10. If he choses the latter, it will be a long and costly process. Granted, he will get his things back if Level 10 took them, but if he goes throught this long court case, and nothing if found, what happens then? Not only is he out the items, but all the fees as well.

But what I say here has very little to do with what will happen. One way, or another, one party is going to be out a lot of money and items, and the other will get what is deserved to them.

One final thing, was it really necessary to change Level 10's thing under his name to "I am a a liar and a Thief"? What are the grounds for that?

This matter should really have been taken care of in PM's, when it is confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt that one of the parties is a theif, then it should be made public. I very highly doubt that Level 10 is going to be able to do many trades here again... maybe unjustly.

I'll be watching things to see how they turn out.

I would like to say again, that I am not taking sides here, I am just trying to say that I don't like it when people have been condemned without everyone knowing everything. I am betting that Level 10 is holding some things back, but I just don't like it when people are automatically black-listed when they get on someones bad side...

well, on another note, I will be leaving ao until further notice, as my reputation has been slaughtered and i would no longer be able to trade here. As i have explained, as has koosh, that i have been blacklsited becasue of irbodden's high status here. The summer i have been here has been great, for the most part, and i hope i see some of you on the other boards.
