im really new here, but what i do know is it looks like level10 scammed irbodden pretty bad. I know thats what it looks like but what if he actually did ship one or all of the packages to you? i jsut odnt understanded how this accelerated into this large a conflict without the police arresting him? ovbiously they went to his house and saw or heard somthing of value from someone to not have him arrested? im not trying to defend him, jsut trying to get the scoop as i was not here for most of this conflict.

If he did ship all the packages, than a letter with cash, than he is STILL going to have to pay up. It was negligance on his part for not insuring ANY of the packages and sending cash instead of a money order. But he can't prove he shipped them.

The police went to his house to talk to his parents basically. In America, you have to take someone to court before they get arrested, unless they were caught in the act.. hehe

Seeing Mail Fraud is a Federal Offense, irbodden, slam his *** in jail.

If it's not TOO great a cost to you, I would ask that you press charges against him. Principals are at risk here. You let him get off with his $100 or so, and we'll never see the end of it.
