Thanks for the update. As long as the 28th is solid and unchanging, that will be fine. Everyone else, sod off. -
Garf-
Here is a question for you.
Your website says that your one year limited warranty begins the date of purchase.
I didn't actually pay till sometime around November.
By the time I actually have the product in my hand I will only have 8 months or so of warranty left.
Please tell me that IS NOT correct.Comment

good question, hopefully they will modify that for us to take into account the shipping date.

I had a bad feeling about this from the get go. i doubt they will go sour on this like the devilmags did just a shame to miss release targets. If only they were a bit more honest from the get go however mabey they honestly thought they could have it done but do not want a sub par project so decided to piss on y'all to get it to a better standard before release. other companies would have realsed the sub par product and pissed off thier customers then realsed a V2 one a year later that was what the first release should have been
You have 45 days to file a Paypal complaint , and you only get one complaint per transaction.
After 45 days Paypal almost never reverses the transaction and returns the funds.
Not 90 days Mark.

no you are wrong call up your credit card company you have 90 days with them otherwise they suck. 45 days via the paypal panel true. but you can extend that by fileing a dispute at the 45 day mark then wait the maxium weeks i think 2 or 3 forget on that 1 to turn it into a claim. I deal with papyal 24/7 with my other hooby i know alot more. unless that changeback i recieved from october earlier this week is a lie.Originally posted by going_homeYou have 45 days to file a Paypal complaint , and you only get one complaint per transaction.

Rabid's said in another thread he doesn't even think G-Force has a valid claim to this patent. He's a little biased, so just ignore whatever he says here. It's a shame he can't keep these kind of debates out of this thread (especially since he'd be taking the opportunity to play the victim if the situations were reversed), but I guess his own thread didn't get enough attention so he had to drag it in here.Originally posted by jade_monkey07Did you order one?

And he always fails to mention the part about his friends at PTP never intending to release the product to us all. His priorities aren't exactly in line with our best interests as maggers and consumers.Comment

Because this is a special project, the warranty period begin once it's shipped out to you, not when you made the purchase.
