Garf or whomever is in charge,

I feel that I and others are being lied to about the status of our frames. The delays and excuses seem endless.

I have kept a compilation of full records as well as the original contract that YOU broke on Nov 27th when you failed to ship the complete frame.

I have contacted the Better business bureau as well as my lawyer, you should expect a phone call and or letter from him shortly as well as a phone call from me which will be recorded to ensure an accurate record of what is said.

I have also urged and suggested everyone else that has paid to do the same if they have not already.

Idkn, Garf sounded exhausted on the phone. G-Force is just a small paintball part of his fabrication company. The most likely that he's telling the truth about the status of the frames. The problem is that he's just inundated by the real jobs his company is handling.

tough we were not made aware this was a SUPER low priority project that would be thrown on the backburner as well as many other aspects of this that are sketchy at best.

Your best bet is to get EVERYONE together and threaten with a law suit. This will force them to make the frames a priority and get them out ASAP. For them, this far along, they probably can't afford to refund everyone's money, so they will most likely have to finish what they have started. If only a few of you threaten, they will just string it along like they have been doing, or just offer the few that are complaining, a refund. Strength in numbers. I feel bad for all of you guys. What a crappy situation!! One thing that I don't understand, is that they obviously had a prototype that they made and used in the video. I don't see what the difficulty is in replicating it, once you have the working frame. Shouldn't all of the Research and Development be complete already? That's what goes into the first frame. Then the rest is production. These were the first things that I thought of as I have been reading through the thread. I really hope everything works out for all of you. Good luck.

im not sure exactly what needs to be done, like i said il be calling garf and talking to him ro asking for who is in charge and see waht the situation is and go from there i guess.

but as others ahve said were all all in this together to get these things done and to us or we might as well just accept the loss of $.

if im the only one pushing for these to get done theyd liekly offer a refund to shut me up and move on jerking the rest of you all around.

You know what, if this is what it takes to get my frame, very well. I've been nice and courteous with Garf this entire time. But I have lost my sympathy and patience. I'll join the threat for a class action suit. Let's get a list going of customers who want to join the threat for a suit. If enough of us join, we can use our power as the consumer to actually speed up the process and get these frames.
