I emailed Garf back last night and let him know I was sick of this. I let him know everyone is tired of him saying "soon", but not backing it up with any product or proof. I told him I wanted pictures of our frames as they stand now.
I also let him know that I'm really sick of his excuses and waiting. I don't care if I get the product, I just want a full refund and I expect it within 5 business days.
I would call him, unfortunately I very rarely have time to call, but I will try and get to it.
Everyone else email the guy at the very least. This is just stupid that it has gotten this far. I'm a patient guy and I've lost it.
