      the only thing you can do at this point to restore any faith in you or your company(s) is to provide some form of solid evidence;
a photograph of the Frames being packaged
actually shipping said product to the customers
      are my suggestions.
AMEN!!! DO THE RIGHT THING GARTH!!!!!

They knew all that going in, so only the most patient guys bought them, and they've been a very understanding and well behaved lot.

I also haven't left them to twist with no updates, no pictures, no explanations, and no hope of delivery.

I keep them updated so they know I'm still kicking, I spend money out of pocket on the project every so often ('cause I am now WAY over budget, and have been for a long time), and I post pictures when there's something worth showing. They can see that I'm working, and when I'm not, I tell them so. No lies goes a long way to maintaining calm amongst the customers.

I think that's where Garf kind of bit it here, he was too optimistic too many times, and folks are now getting the feeling that he's been lying on purpose all along (which I doubt, but it's possible I suppose).

It's apples and oranges, but it has taught me that I will never again try a project of that magnitude that is as marginal as that one was (which was why a preorder was necessary to begin with, but I digress).

I hope this deal works out for all of you guys, Garf included.

EDIT: Dude, first, it's spelled scar. Second, please, put that thing away, there's children about. That is one of the big reasons why I prefer that my go-fasters have four wheels and a roof.
couldnt have compared apples to oranges better my self

this is why I'm building my wood stocked guns first then selling them.
no pre-orders, so everything is moving slowly, but at the same time i owe nothing to anyone!
so even if i stopped everything tomorrow. nobody looses anything.

now i have asked about interest on several forums, and I'll look like an *** if i never finish any of these guns, but oh well. people look like asses on a daily basis. at least i wont be holding money that i have no right to and i wont have anyone to answer to.

I have to agree with Coolhands most recent post. It's a world of difference. From what I can see in Coolhands thread he made people aware up front that this was going to take a long time. Garf said 4 - 6 weeks to ship. He did not tell us he was still developing things. He has not given us any hard evidence of a product, so at this point it seems like he is just stalling to cover his butt.

I've dealt with a lot of people in my day and usually if they are running things like this.... well you know the end.

                    Hahahaa.. that's funny.

But seriously. No. He did not even reply to my email. I'm telling you it's not going to happen. And if it does I'm not waiting another "month" for my internals. I have things in the works......

Call paypal, call your CC company. I don't have time to call Garf. I sit in front of a computer for 11 hrs a day so I use the net. Besides if I call all I get are excuses and whining "why is everyone out to get me". I'm done. He has officially gotten on my bad side. NOT a good place to be.
