AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Love me or Hate me;
you will have a hard time ignoring me.
Lk-13...If all this does not go well I would gladly employ your services to sort all this out...thanks for your post and well needed comic relef to this thread!

just so you know I'm not a Lawyer.
(I only play one on the short bus)
but i do know a thing or 2 about consumer and contract law.
I've been a working musician for the last 30 years so you have to know about contracts;
and i had my own Paintball shop.
so i had to fight the dough heads at Canadian Border Services, or Canada Customs, or "Too Lazy To Put Our Doughnuts Down To Do Our Over Paid Jobs Correctly Between Our Breaks"
or what ever that branch of the government is now called.
they ever grab your MilSim "Marker" make sure you call me!
I've fought that battle 6 times, all the way to Ottawa!
and won each time.
but this case,
i volunteered to fight this for you because I'm only an hours drive from G-Force H-Q,
so i can bring it right to Garf's door step.
only thing is because i did not purchase a frame, there is the Privacy Act he can hide behind.
Garf can not let anyone else see the details of any particular sale because that would be letting an unknown person have access to personal information.
i would need to be given permission in writing by someone buying a frame to investigate the matter on their behave.
the Privacy Act thing is the only way he could stall my efforts for the AO and he jumped on that like a dog on an unprotected sandwich.
funny how quick he was to jump behind the Privacy Act, you would almost think it was rehearsed, or a habitual thing........says LK-13 using implication like an other poster in this thread so that he can deny saying anything because the implication exists in the readers head; and who knows when the reader might be a guilt ridden dirt-bag looking for something to side track attention from the incompetence he has demonstrated so far.... <= this shirt available at http://www.foulmouthshirts.com/
garf said that all decisions are made, frames are back from anno and are being assembled and then tested.
they should start going out early next week , however they are being done in no certain order, so some that ordered late may get them first and vice versa.
he also said the latest configuration allows for a few small LPR regulators, should fit the tickler, the smallest aka reg, and palmer micro rock though dont hold me to that.
he said the only reason he finished it this soon was due to pressure and if it were up to him he would have continued testing and fine tuning.....
well that is just his attempt at posturing you.
he advertised a working product.
he demonstrated a working product.
he accepted payment for said product; some minus 1 component.
if said component is installed correctly, all of the units being vended by G-Force
must be a correctly functioning product as demonstrated in the video supplied by G-Force.
which i hope has been backed up by everyone that purchased a frame.
if your frame needs anything done to it other than having the LPR properly installed
for it to function as advertised G-Force is responsible for any and all incurred costs.
a personal recommendation,
should they need any work other than just the install of the LPR,
i would send them to Palmer's Pursuit Shop for the additional work needed.
Craig can document all steps necessary to make the product function properly
and supply you with an itemized bill. you will be paying the bill at first,
but G-Force will be on the hook for all the work needed to make the product function as advertised.
i think Craig Palmer's labor rate is something like $70.00 to $100.00/hr.
so that would be a hell of a bill if you multiply that out by what 100, or 200 frames....
now mind you they might work like a charm, so this could all be for not...
but we will soon know.
lk-13- I'll sell you my seat on the titanic for a mere $223 shipped. That's exactly what I paid. Then you can do as you please with garf and gforce.
you know, building a PneuMag is actually much easier than i thought it was.
so some of the guns I'm building will be PneuMags. not the Electros i was thinking of.
Hang in there, you never know maybe you will like one of the guns I'm building.
electros may come one day. if i get a call for more guns, and i have the cash to get boards made the way i want them. www.goapeonline.com will make them for the right $$$, or so I'm told.
lets not turn your hate for gforce into a sales thread for yourself.
we all know what gforce is on the hook for but as long as there are parts we can buy elsewhere or have made fairly easy i dont think anyones gonna risk sending a frame to gforce.
also those of you may ahve talked with garf about the patent issues(not that there are any, but if you did you know what im reffering to)
thats a can of worms i dare not open until i have my frame in hand.
also the homeade conversions are not production frames as we all know, look at deadlywinds video agaisnt any of the home versions, there is a WORLD of difference.
hopefuly we all get our frames soon and can wash our hands of this and do our best the same doesnt happen to anymore unsuspecting customers in the future.

it's not a sales thread for me,
just saying what I'm doing, for those interested, with out making a double post.
and who said i hate G-Force?
to be honest i couldn't care less about G-Force.
that business does not effect me in any way.
what I care more about is, corny as it sounds, Paintball and the people playing it.
I love Paintball.
and the best way to make sure I can continue playing with the guns, gear and people is to get more people playing.
the actions of some companies can push people away from Paintball.
I'm trying to keep the people we have, keep them playing, keep them having a good time playing, keep them bringing their friends, and keep their friends having a good time.
if we have more people coming out and having a good time playing Paintball,
the more Paintball will be around to play.
it's a give and give relationship.
give it a chance, have fun, bring people,
then they bring people, they have fun... and so on....
If anything,... I would vote against letting someone do a pre-pay ever again on a product that doesnt exist.
Since Ive been in the boat for pre-orders now whilst being a member here,... I know I will always try to avoid them.
Its one thing to need capital to get small parts ordered,.. its another entirely to get enough capital to START an entire production.

well technically, you can't stop someone from offering a pre-sale.
if a person chooses to risk their money on a pre-order that is their choice.
nothing you can do about it; you can voice your opinion, but it's their money, and their choice.
Lk if this isnt resolved soon. illbe contacting you about representation and what needs to be in this letter. and by justice of the peace does rcmp o.p.p count?

OK I'll say it again,
I'm not a Lawyer. I'm not legal counsel.
giving me Power of Attorney is going a bit too far.
all i need you to do is state in a letter that you are giving me permission
to act as your agent in investigating the delays in fulfilling this contract.
now again, I'm not a LAWYER, never said i was.
I'm just a guy that has a knack for cutting through the crap.
I can not guarantee results of any kind.
and if you have considered legal action,
a Lawyer can get you better faster results than i ever could.
But if these guys are really doing something shifty,
I can turn up the heat on them.
and,
NO, a "Peace Officer" (RCMP, OPP, Regional Cops) is not a JP.
go to your local court house that you would pay a speeding ticket at;
there will be a JP there, but they might refer you to another that will witness something for you.
most Family Doctors (a General Practitioner) can do this as well.
Hey guys I've been out of the loop for a while. We just got liberty call again so this time I'm signing in from Norway lol. Did everyone else get the confirmation e-mail?
