Awesome. One of the things that I really dislike on the older micros are the sear pins. They are very problematic.
-Will you be using AGD ones this time around?

-Will the new body be completely compatible with emag lowers without the need for the spacer plate?


FYI - Hopefully you have these sourced out already. Some cocker parts are getting tough to come by new and in quantities. Also, Angel LCD and IR3 asas attach the same way as cocker ones do, just with a different fastener. If by some chance you have problems finding cocker ones, the Angel asas might be another option - again, if you can find them. Just my $.02

We will be using the RT Pro/ULE Style sear pin.

It shouldn't need the spacer because we plan to make it like the bottom of the Tac One.

We will look at the Angel ones.

Agreed. I've got an older style body (gen 3 or 4 I think) and I have a piece of tape over the sear pin because it will fall out on its own without a frame with wings. As I'm running a Y-frame, I need the tape.

I also agree with using cocker or another readily available asa. If it's going to cost a bunch to make a proprietary one, and then you can only make so many of those, I think it makes more sense to adapt the body to accept ones that we can find fairly easily. Plus I also like the idea of have a 15* asa, and that would probably cost a bunch more to design/produce.

Can't wait to see what you guys have designed. My wife keeps asking what I want for Christmas and I keep telling her "nothing" because I'll be waiting to get my new body.

thats what i was thinking and even if its not the imp style they are making ion and shocker ones all the time, i say go with something newer like that just cause it stands to be around longer and the designs on those types there are endless go to the bay and look up impulse asa's there are several to choose from and there arent a lot of people buying them im not sure why though

Im going pneuMicro. Ive had a pneu frame laying around with no mag for a few months, waiting for the micro. sadly its a shocker sft frame so ill probably reuse the guts in a new frame sometime.
