3/8" Integral Sight Rail
Forest & Tracy,
I have been researching AutoMags for the past month as my next marker project and just came upon this thread so forgive me if this has already been mentioned.
None of the factory or aftermarket bodies have caught my eye, they just don't do it for me, never have.
While searching through this and other forum's Mag pics, I came across Going_Home's MicroMag 2000 picture and immediately fell in love with the design of the body.
Not just the milling but more specifically the fact it had an integral 3/8" Sight Rail was the deciding factor.
I'm sure you will have worked out the improvements from the older model but I encourage you not to abandon the sight rail. Mounting a sight is very important to me.
I am a die-hard fan of your Armson Pro-Dot Max Duty OEG and have purchased 3 of them for my other markers and intend to buy another one with this newer MicroMag body style if you include the sight rail in the design.
Since I don't know if you have incorporated the sight rail into your newest design, i would like to offer this input just in case.
Thanks for listening,

Thanks!
We are trying to keep the body cost to about $200. This is a pre-order body. We will make a couple extra, but I wouldn't hold out for that. I don't expect to have any left once we build. Deposit $100 just to make it easy.Comment

Sounds good and fair. Specially considering it should come with some sort of vertical ASA and possibly a feedneck and detents (as with the older Micromags). Are you guys considering those crazy ano patterns you had in the past? And what about a combo with Armson barrels (optional, of course)?Originally posted by tracy_ptpWe are trying to keep the body cost to about $200. This is a pre-order body. Tracy,
Where do we make the deposit if we are on the list? I am currently sitting on #116 but would deposit $100 for sure!
Also Tracy, Do you have 8 or 10 inch cocker threaded Pro Series Armson barrels in stock? If so what is the price?Last edited by SSP REAPER; 01-03-2009, 12:26 PM.Comment

TRACY,
Now that we are less than a week away from seeing it, can you describe the details of what we are about to see?Comment
