Having personally met Tracy and Forrest, seen the mags in production, as well as the shop in Maine, you are right, I do believe they have not walked away from this. I was especially impressed with Forrests continued love with paintball and it's history and applications outside of the industry. With that being said my experience in the mental health field and my BA in psychology tells me that Tracy is so frustrated with this project that she's resorted to an avoidance rather than approach reaction to her problem- and honestly, I'm not sure I blame her.

I'd like to help break down issues into smaller clumps that can be resolved in steps. The first issue being getting a collection of data as to what our issues are and who has them. Then establishing a singular point of contact for updates to those problems so that she (or anyone at PTP) doesn't have to surf through our flaming to figure out whats going on. Maybe from there we can find some firm answers and keep a clearer picture of whats going on.

I'm not sure we have anything to lose here but time, and apparently we got that in spades.

I couldn't agree more, other than I do believe she is the one to blame on her own frustration. I mean, for someone with her age and experience, sorry to say, she was extremelly unprofessional the whole time. But I'm not going back to this.

Point is, we all want to solve the problem and end the novel with a happy ending. I'm glad I have such a beautifull masterpiece here in my collection and I didn't have any technical problems with my MM2K11 body. I just would like to have 100% of what was promised to me and that includes the T-shirt. Point is, I want to be able to wear it!

I believe that, at this point, your suggestion is perfect. Someone should handle the communication with them and get what's needed done. Breaking it into smaller parts is the way to go. The only thing I ask from this person, either you are the one or not, is to be 100% transparent with the rest of us. You have my formal approval to speak with them on my behalf.

I'll let this ride out till tomorrow evening and see what others have to say, then create some sort of formal mission statement and limitations of duties. Theres simple things to get out of the way for being a point person, like I wouldn't want to be resposible for moneys, personal information (unless absolutely necessary such as a change in address), middleman for shipping, the entering of any persons other than myself into contract, etc. Essentially I think the role (whether I have it or someone else) would be for the collection and dissemination of data to the appropriate persons.

Drix I applaud you for even thinking of taking on this task. I really hope this causes you no frustration or any significant loss of your personal time. But I do believe a lot of customers are just so sick of this situation that they have unsubscribed, turned their backs & sold their bodies.
Sincerely, thank you for your efforts.
          Cheers

Well it's past friday night, not much feedback- am I incorrect in assuming the scope of the problems people are having?

Drumstick and a mallet. There's a couple of mentions on how to do this throughout the thread.
Rehme, Derman 2k, Ryal 999, Lord Whoopass, 50 Cal, Tack, RTrampage and Deathstalker are all good traders

Yup -- Thought I got a good price until I had to pay for a repair! Thats par for my paintball life.

Basically paid for a bunch of extras that I will need to sell now. Should have bought 1 of the 5 offers that didn't have a valve jammed in it.

Big thanks to Luke so I will be able to hit the field again...with a functional gun I hope.

I wonder if PTP would send me some new front block screws that weren't made of butter? Anyone know the threading on those screws and where to buy quality ones?

It just keeps getting better. I wonder if they will provide these?

Those frontblock screws looked like decent quality steel to me, am I incorrect?

3 of mine are stripped out. I've removed a lot of screws in my days. Unless the previous owner used the wrong size.
