Just out of curiosity did you ever design a frame to match that beautiful body? Or did you never get to that point.

I was going to use the same frame that I used for the UEF project and my Valkyrie.

The DIY EvilM guys can't agree on what parts should be compatible, etc, so everyone wants something different.

There's no way to get them all together on parts, and I'm not going to drop $2k on doing a short run of parts that may never sell.

why not post with two options, one option frame using this board and set up. second option this board and frame. if you give ppl a blank slate and options, you will get different wants from every single person, some will change their minds more times then not. you know that old saying, give someone enough rope and.......

also doing estimate of price range would be good. say if you get 10 ppl it will cost 300, if you get 15 it might be 240 and if you get like 30 the price can drop down to like 150-200 range.

The problem is, what you're talking about is easily two months worth of design work.

That's a lot of time to invest to make very little profit.

I just can't justify it, especially now that the day job has work again.

Most everyone I spoke to said they would be totally out if the price were over $250 a piece, and with less than ten per design, they're near guaranteed to cost more than that.

It's just a non-starter.

It's nothing personal, I can just make more buck for my bang on something else.

No, but it costs more money.

For just a pin, I bet you'll easily spent twice what the pin cost in shipping.

Sending tiny light things is a costly PITA, pretty much no matter who you use.

If you're down with paying the shipping, I'm down with selling you a pin though.

Just an observation...those bodies (in my humble opinion) look somewhat similar to a Tribal. Do you have any idea how closely similar those bodies are with a Tribal? I mean, would it at all be possible to use Tribal internals on your bodies?

No idea.

What I do know, is that '04 Viking internals fit them perfectly (IE that's what they were designed to use).
