This is the first batch of cheaters which sold out a While ago. Zap has since started a second batch pre-order for the cheater (thread is here in the dealer forum as well, called "round two"). That pre-order batch has also already been sold out. So if you want a cheater at this point you'll have to wait till Zap does a third run of them. I'm sure he will make another thread if/when he is ready to do a third run of them.
