We received some of our parts back and are shipping things out. Your Part(s) are still in production. i will contact you as soon as they are completed."

This was all I got after contacting him. No mention of what parts hes got left to do, no mention of my multiple demands for a refund. His response makes me wonder if he even remembers what "part(s)" he owes me.

The Response I got was positive for a refund on my products. with a promise of pp money being sent soon.

i know its been quite the process for people, but hopefully it turns out ok for everyone else, too.

I emailed him yesterday and we messaged each other back and forth a few times. Today, he sent me the tracking number for my parts

Can't you report this to eBay? This way maybe they would finally take care if you guy's? Basically if they can't sell on eBay maybe they would nut up and do what they say they were gonna do in the first place? Or maybe they would just change there business name and do the same thing over and over and over again and again

not really too worried about it.

there have been way longer waits for parts on AO then this.

every once in a while you get a ray of hope.

it will be nice to get the stuff soon.

we are in full production on the bodies V.2 and V.3. Due to all the money already invested into making these we cannot give out refunds at this time. however this will be our last and final attempt to get these bodies finished. If we cannot get these done soon we will refund everything you have paid. We have your V.1 done and ready and your rail is currently at anno and is expected back soon. i can go ahead and ship out these two parts to you and owe you the body or refund on body.

I guess I'm not a getting a refund yet.
