    Get Your Slug Milled Here!!!

I just finished up the fixturing to do AGD slugs on my 4 axis CNC mill. All i need is a 3D IGES file and we will be off and running.

It takes about 4 hours to mill a body so i am going to charge 150 each to do them.

I know there is a need for a good machinist that has a machine open to do work on these slugs...HERE I AM

LETS GET SOMEONE TO DESIGN A NEW BODY AND WE WILL BE OFF AND RUNNING

I'd be willing to do body designs.
I use solidworks, which links up with mastercam, but if you need IGS i can export to that as well.

I can work up a couple designs for a pay per use kind of thing, or do unique designs for anyone who wants to have a truely 1 of a kind mag.

easiest way to find me is via email at [email protected] or on skype: element_paintball

I'll try and check back here more often.

Im willing to toss one of my slugs into the ring here. I pmed Sithos so lets see where this takes us.
Due to the objections of a certain Canadian, this space is now for rent.

It would be cool if you added some pertinent info about yourself in your profile, and moved this thread in the Dealer's forum

That fixturing, creating tool paths and tooling are significant costs as well. Don't spread yourself too thin!

Will this end up like the Xmag bodies did? I really hope not.

I have a CNC mill in my shop and i have been doing custom paintball gun work for about 4 years now. I am out of southwestern michigan.

all i need is the 3D design than i will post it and were good to go milling. Not really all that hard we just need a good 3D file.

I ditched on the unibody slug design because nobody was interested after i did all the work to make a batch. go figure.....

It should not be that big of a problem to get someone to do the cad.

Actually, you'll need to develop a program with your own software, then cut a slug or three, finish them up, post pics...then and ONLY then should you solicit work.

Call me cynical, but the paintball community has seen it's share of good-intensioned manufacturer's with deals that fell through. Still, "we" know little to nothing about you. Does your machine shop have a name & address? Website?
