There is a Lv. X type ram availible for Bushies known as the SP mod. Apparently works very similarly and can pinch paint regardless of input pressure.

There is a pneumatic operation called the gemini system which utilizes 2 lprs to be able to pinch paint.
Now this is a great idea, but with some tinkering and performance parts, you can drop your operating pressure enough to pinch paint easily in a cocker.
If thats not enough, jam enterprises now has an aluminum and delrin bolt with a return spring to bounce off of paint not fully in the breech.
And if you can manage to chop paint using your eye on a raceframe or eblade, then you suck.
