no way there would be 2 cthulhu movies within 6 months of each other. it's a new monster. is anybody paying attention to the links i've given? also, at the site for 1.18.08 if you single out the pictures and then click and hold then shake the mouse the picture will flip over and some have text on the back.

The one Chtuhlu movie already being produced has nothing to do with the monster actually coming but more or less the cult behind the monster as stated in the stories of Lovecraft. Your probably right but many people have pointed to Chtuhlu as the creature or something similar as Chtuhlu has been known to be described in many different forms.
