Been there WITH the deer ; broadside , they found her when they mowed the hay field ( W.VA)
The latest was with a 82 year old womans car ; me & my girl both took flying lessons , I walked away , she still has problems from it ( Fla. , blue hairs )

finally got a few more pics to upload..

just another shot of the bike

heres a few of the accident scene.. you can see where i started to skid.. the stump i hit(also pictured) was in the trees past the car.

and the stump that saved me from being impailed.

Is it totaled? Are the forks, frame and engine okay? Now you can turn it into a stunt bike.

since we're not your parents, how fast were you really going?

i got my 900lb harley clear off the ground after hitting a drainage ditch once, didnt dump it though.

            hope you had good insurance

                glad your ok.

sorry to say, but 9 out of 10 times when i read these stories a b.s. detector kind of goes off in my head.

Dont blame the stump or the deer. Blame poor judgement, inexperience and riding past your limits...

You have to really think about what you have done. Im not one to beat aperson when he is down..but really think about it. Based on the picture and skid marks, it looks like you approached the turn too hot and it looked like you were speeding IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA.

                heal up.

...ever in the continual search of time dilation.

actually that is out of city limits..and the speed limit is 35.. but either way i know there was a lack of experience.. ive only been riding 3-4 months.

Btw, this is why you drive a car. Then when you see a deer, you can floor it so the deer will just bounce off your hood and land behind you. If you slow down of course, the deer will just go right through your windshield.
