The only two things that will give beyond the shadow of a doubt PROOF is a failed drug test (he has passed every one that has been administered and has not refused any tests that were requested of him) or an admission of guilt. personally my take is this roids should be legal all over, its the persons choice to take them. if barry took em so be it, hes not the first baseball player to and wont be the last either, just like all other sports. its how the world works the best players find a way to get an edge, plus without propper training and diet roids are useless. so if they want to put in the work to make the roids work for them so be it. as far as drug testing goes most testosterone products are out of the body within a few hours making it almost impossible for a drug test to catch them, other roids are not, so i say if they are dumb enough to get caught then crucify them, other than that let em have their records without a blemish.

I am under the belief that without roids, Bonds would not have hit as many homers, nor would he have been able to hit so many them late in his career. The edge combined with the longevity that the roids at the very least helped provide should be noted IMHO
