I must say, i love my girlfriend though. This year alone she has picked up Iron Maiden tickets, Napalm Death tickets, wanted to buy me Type O Negetive tickets. and im currently looking for Testament tickets.

last year for our anniversary she bought me Steve Vai tickets. The year before it was Motley Crue and Aerosmith!

Testament is still around? It cant be the same line up is it? I saw them when "the legacy" first came out. They opened for Slayer at Lamours in Brooklyn. Greatest show ive ever seen. Followed closely by Danzig/Slayer at the Felt Forum. See the Slayer = greatness pattern? I should find tickets and make the wife go. Her corporate mentality needs a little Slayer to fix

Maiden is one of my all time favorite bands. Too bad they didn't stop in Ottawa, I would have loved to see the show. A classic setlist of golden Maiden favorites!

dudes, im catching testament tomorrow at the starland ballroom here in NJ. its gonna be insane. Alex Skolnick is one of my favorite guitar players. His guitar work is incredible, he was 19 when they recorded The New Order!!! Love how he throws jazz licks in with the thrashing madness. Cant wait, its such a small venue, gonna be intense. Caught Overkill there last october, it was incredible.

It good to see that there are many metal fans hidden in the ranks here........
