Well, I made a lightbar for my Tacoma. Saved about 120$ too.
Used a plasma to cut it from 3/16 plate then just tacked the two pieces together and cleaned em up with a belt sander.
After that, took it to the milling machine and milled out the center cention then cut the holes with a hole saw.
Made some brackets from the bumper out of angle iron and then bolted these onto those.
I bent the bar with a torch and a bale wagon
(the one I posted pictures of while back)
and a round of applause goes to whoever can tell me what this does
I'm referring to the stack of stainless steel plates.
