To what "water thing" are you referring?

Actually WW... I don't even think AG is doing it...

To which I am referring is the electrical break down of water molecules into Hydrogen & Oxygen atoms which are then sucked into your intake of your vehicle and burned with the gas.

          It gives a cleaner burn.

So noone here does it yet???

electrolosis is what the breakdown is called, but burning it in your engine I've never heard of. Those gases burn pretty hot tho, and it supposedly takes ALOT of electicity to break it down too. Probably burn up your engine.

I think someone did a thread on this within the last few months. . . I think. I know it had something to do with water, didn't really read it. Anyway. Electrolysis does take a lot of energy. And time. I don't really know anything about cars, but I doubt such little oxygen and hydrogen would do much to any combustion reaction. You'd be better off just buying oxygen, putting a scuba tank in your car, and enriching the intake with it.

                  perpetual motion machine?

thats not to say it couldnt possibly save money......plug it in at home where energy costs less than using a gas burning engine....produce hydrogen off the power grid, store it for use in the vehicle. If there is a big enough difference between the price of gas and electricity it may eventually become worth it.

ive been working on it all summer its driving me crazy ive gotten some success but nothing that will run the engine on its own. i just suggest that you use a bubler near the end of the line that coneects to your gas intake or whatever you call it (i dont know engins ) so that if all of the hydrogen/oxygen decide to go up, known as flashback all of the gas in your electrolosis container wont go up with it.

someone should just take a bottle of oxygen, regulate it(by pressure, and flow), and inject it into the intake. I wouldnt drive around with it on a regular basis, because its not really safe, but it would be interesting to see what %oxygen is required to make a significant difference in millage.

driving around with gasoline is more dangerous than oxygen.

                          oxygen isn't flammable.

Am I wrong in thinking that what you need to use that broken down water is a fuel cell? Good luck with that...I'm not sure if I'm serious or sarcastic, because that actually would be cool Personally I'm content to let GM spend their borrowed/shareholderequity/governmentsubsidized billions on that iffy concept and keep buying relatively cheap fossil for my absolutely cheap wheels.

Mixing oxygen with a hydrocarbon is terrible. In my job we work with boths fuels and liquid oxygen, and those two together are a match made in hell. It just goes boom. Big time.
