    Realistic:
    1. .223 AK or Benelli Nova
    2. The other one from above or Taurus PT-1911
    3. Dodge Durango
    4. Take tertiary weapon. Ballistic protection would not be valuable.
    5. Violin Concerto or Clarinet Concerto; Beethoven and Mozart respectively.
    6. My cousin.
    7. None. If you aren't moving, you're shooting; if you aren't shooting, you're moving
    8. See above. Never stop moving till it's over.
    9. I would hope to make it, but my last words would likely be "[expletive] YOU!!" directed at said zombies.
    Fantasy:
    1. Bushmaster .450
    2. FNH 5.7
    3. Humvee with mounted .308 or .50
    4. Extensive zombie-proof armor?
    5. Same.
    6. Cyberdyne Systems Model 101
    7. Same.
    8. Same.
    9. With The Terminator on my side, how could I lose? "[expletive] YEAH!!"

The gun show loophole that I assume they refer to has less to do with selling between individuals and more to do with the common practice of gun show "tables" being run not by FFA dealers but by individuals. Thus I can walk into a gun show, have basically my choice of waeponry with absolutely zero paperwork involved.

                      Seriously BE?

In Ohio, I can walk up to a private sellers table. They'll have all sorts of revolvers/pistols/rifles/MG's.
I give them cash, they give me guns, we go our own ways. No paperwork. It is nothing more than a private transaction of personal property between two people.
The only way to "close the gunshow loophole" would be legislation that allows the government to oversee a citizens right to sell private property.
I'm sorry, but I do want a "commitee" deciding what I can and can't sell to my neighbor.

Maybe there are states that have addressed it. Last gun I bought at a gun show for my girlfriend was a 30/06. The "dealer" we bought it from had at least 30 guns available. Picked it up, handed cash, and walked out - ZERO paperwork. The fact of the matter is I could walk in unarmed and walk out with any number of military grade weapons and ammo.

With the exception of the pistol I could buy everything that man in the first post has plus a 50BMG and plenty of ammo with cash and zero paperwork with no waiting period or background check in a single day (assuming private sellers had them). The sellers would not even have to see identification.

In MI a private citizen must present a pistol purchase permit to buy a pistol and the seller (dealer or private individual) is supposed to keep this. In order to sell a pistol you are supposed to present the green card you get for the "safety inspection" (IE registering). The work around is to have a concealed carry permit at which point you do not need the purchase permit but there is still paperwork involed. So in MI it only works for long guns.

The loophole could be addressed. Simply require that anyone offering more than XX (I'd pick a reasonable number to be 25) amount of firearms for public sale at any one time to have an FFA. It would be reasonably easy to enforce. The idea that laws should not be applied to gun shows is a knee-jerk reaction. Laws are enforced there already and generally there are plenty of officers attending who could easily perform visual checks without being obtrusive.

Thats true here from a dealer as well. However, many "dealers" at gun shows are not FFA dealers but private individuals. I see some of these "non-dealers" with tens of thousands of dollars of inventory. I don't ask (I expect I would be greeted poorly if I did) but I am willing to bet that at least half of the booths selling firearms at most gun shows are run by "non dealers". The funny thing is these "non-dealers" go from show to show and are in the business of buying and selling firearms.

At least one person I talked to emphazised the fact that buying from him was better / easier because he was not a dealer so did not have to do any paperwork or background check or collect sales tax. Considering he was trying to sell me a 338 with night vision I think there may be a problem.

B.E, Here in Va it is very easy to do that that. Ive been to 3 guns shows with over 100 dealers or priv. people at each sellings guns. We have bought atleas 10 guns at these 3. The only paper work we did was on a new .22 pistol. Everything else was a me giving cash, them handing over a gun. I know that legally w.o owning a concelled weapons permit you are only allowed to buy 1 hand gun every 30 days, But if you have a CC permit, and can buy as many as desired. So to answer you question again BE, VA
